Here's a quick tour of the Joomla admin panel.  This will help you when editing your site in the Joomla admin panel:

Basic steps:

  1. Login to the administrator panel: http://www.yoursite.com/administrator
  2. Enter you user name and password
  3. Once logged in select article manager
  4. Select the article you would like to edit
  5. Change text in the dialog box
  6. Preview, save and close
