In the left sidebar of the Wordpress admin side, click on League

To add / edit a season

1- select the league

2- at the top left, click on seasons

3- you will see a form to add a new season

4- or click on edit next to the selected season and update the info.

To edit a team,

1- select the league, click on the name

2- you will see the list of team

3- click the team name to edit

4- update team name and coach name and email

5- from the team list, at the top left click on add team

6- there you will be able to add a new team

To Add a match,

1- from the team list, next to add a new team link, click on add a match

2- you can add up to 5 matches at the same time and set up the date
