Add a PDF to an article in the form of a text link or you can also link it to a graphic:

1.    Log in

2.    Select Media Manager from Site drop down (first tab on left)

To Add a article to the Financial Focus & News Feeds sections of your Joomla site, follow these steps:

1. Go to article manager
2. Select new (green circle on right)
3. Give you entry a title Financial Focus – Market is up  (the item name won’t be seen by public)
4. Alias name same as title but lower case
5. Change section to “Main Section”
6. Category on right should be set to “Financial Focus” or "News Feeds" in the dropdown, whichever you want the article to fall under.
7. In the editor box type the first sentence of the article.  This is the section that will appear on the home page.
8. Scroll down to bottom and select “read more” and a red line will appear
9. Type the text you want to appear in the read more section after the red line
10. Save an close

To edit one of the stories in the Financial Focus or News Feeds section of your Joomla site, follow these steps:

1. Go to article manager
2. Select the article you wish to edit (for this example 401 (k) Plans)
3. Once you select it scroll down to the text box. NOTE the RED dotted line
4. The text about the Red dotted line will appear on the home page and the text below the red line will appear on a "read more" page
5. To add a "Read More" scroll down below the text box and select the button labeled "read more"
6. Make your edits
7. Save an close
