Make sure that your file name has no spaces 2010-spring-schedule.pdf

1.     Log in

2.     Select Media Manager from Site drop down (first tab on left)

3.     Locate the Schedule folder

3.     Scroll down and Browse on your computer for the pdf you wish to upload

4.     Once pdf is uploaded , copy the file name

5.    You will need it when you create the pdf link to to the schedule

6.     Now go to Menus dropdown next to site

7.     Scroll down and look for the section you want to update Example: Bantam Schedule

8.     Once you select scroll down and select Pee Wee schedule

9.     Look to the right after you select Pee Wee Schedule and select Parameters Basic

10.  This is the link to the current file /images/schedules/2010-spring-peewee.pdf

11.   To change the PDF just edit the file name portion of this link:  2010-spring-peewee.pdf

11.   Save

12.   Go to the page and test the link

13.   Save and close
